Google Chrome 51 and newer versions have a new feature called Scroll Anchoring.
This option has the task to prevent annoying page jumps whenever offscreen content (images, media, ads, etc.) are loading or changes.
Now we will explain the easiest way to turn on this option:
1) Enter (or copy) this in the address bar of your Chrome browser:
chrome://flags/#enable-scroll-anchoring
2) Press Enter on your keyboard;
3) Under Scroll Anchoring switch option to enabled;
4) Restart your Google Chrome
P.S.
The feature is available for all versions of Google Chrome (desktop, Android and Chrome OS). Of course, as we have already said - only from version 51 and above.
To check your Google Chrome version insert in browser adress bar:
chrome://version/
and press Enter on keyboard.
