ProBoards is, in my opinion, the best solution for forums. The possibilities are really huge, and when you weigh all the offers, no doubt - ProBoards wins. 
Although proboards is my "first forum love", I think I'm pretty objective. I waited over a decade to open the forum on it. And that day came on March 31, 2016 when we registered forum Panorama.
